Monaco on Wilshire
Launch Campaign 
Launching Monaco on Wilshire, a premier senior living community in Southern California, was a job done from the ground up; even before they broke ground on the building. Starting from a handful of press releases, we created an overall look conveying the luxury and exclusivity of the project, a tagline to use across all marketing materials, a three-part Ad Campaign running in the local media, and proposed 300-foot signage for their construction site. What we ended up with was enrolled Priority Member numbers that tripled projections and a second Gold Award from the National Mature Media Awards.
