SmartRate Microsite more content

As a key component of the SmartRate launch, the SmartRate microsite provided online program enrollment, detailed product information, plus ongoing customer support and notification capabilities. It was created to be seamless with the PG&E corporate website to enhance and strengthen customers’ experience with PG&E. The SmartRate microsite allowed for realtime data capture for program enrollment, workshop sign ups and program de-enrollment (along with databases built for each). To measure effectiveness, Yates Advertising also provided comprehensive website analytics. All in all, a rather macro amount of work for a micro assignment.
