As part of a 90–minute Workshop for new SmartRate customers, PG&E asked Yates Advertising to develop two videos tailored specifically to residential and business customers. Each video showcases four custom profiles and incorporates “tip” scenarios that apply to each profile. PG&E found the videos to be energetic, motivating, helpful and informative. Funny, so did the new SmartRate customers.
